I believe that this is something that many of us struggle with from time to time. I know for a fact that I have my days where I feel like nothing in my closet fits — whether it's too tight or it hangs from my body. But it's so important to get comfortable and get confident.
Recently I watched a really good documentary called America The Beautiful. It outlined America's fixation of outward appearances. If I could describe it in one word, that word would be "heartbreaking." There were moments where they interviewed children who were maybe between the ages of ten and twelve. The young girls were convinced that they were ugly. I cried. This trait was being passed down to them through many different outlets: the media, their family, their friends.
I guess in a way that was a bit of a tangent, but I truly believe that the easiest way to look your best is by holding yourself high and owning it. It's the easiest way to make yourself look like a million bucks.
