I swear that every day, Geoffrey gets better and better at snapping my little outfit pictures. I'm pretty smitten with how today's turned out — I think it is a combo of the colors and lighting and, well, linen shorts.

Okay, so the linen shorts were more me and less Geoff (sorry, hun!), but they really are grand. Urban Outfitters is having a sale where all clearance merchandise is an extra 50% off. I had been eyeballing these Lazerad linen shorts for a while and for the most part thought we had sold out. While waiting for Geoff's shift to end, I stumbled upon this last pair — black and a size zero. I was worried that they would be too small. Alas, they fit well and the sale made them only five dollars, so I figured I'd add 'em to my wardrobe.

After work, we hit up Bodega for happy hour. Kelley B met up with us before her shift to say hi and joke around a bit. We are trying to plan a Goodbye-Columbus party for me as my last hurrah in this city. I'm getting more and more excited every day!

After Bodega, we walked around High Street for a minute. Neither of us were really in the shopping mood, so we simply enjoyed the weather. If you read my previous post, you probably understand why the otherwise calm evening was met with some friction. But you can read all about that below.

It's only three weeks until Chicago now and I haven't packed a darn thing. The blog sale and Etsy sale will continue to go until I move — after that I might put the shop on a temporary vacation until I get all settled in (and internet in my new apartment!). What plans do you have for the weekend?
